According to Askmen.com Palm Bay is in the top 10 best places to start a business in 2011.
Askmen.com receives 15 million unique visitors every month and describes itself as being the “wolrds No. 1 lifestyle site for men.” They said they looked at traditional indicators in making the list. They looked at business incubators and the availability of incentives. They even went beyond that and looked for cities that “simply seem to engender creativity and energy in a way that others can’t.”
Palm Bay also made a top 20 appearance in Forbes’ list of Most Innovative Cities in America and it’s Bang for the Buck, which was cited by Askmen.com. Forbes’ said Palm Bay smartly courts new businesses while serving as home for major companies such as Harris Corp.
Askmen.com concluded “Thus, it’s no wonder Palm Bay makes our list of the best places to start a business in 2011.”
